Project Updates...

Unfortunately there is not a lot to update since Mother Nature is not on our side. Yesterday was the coldest day in history for March 1, our high was -24C, that is -11F, sounds so much better in Fahrenheit doesn't it? They are saying it is going to be a long cold spring, doesn't she (Mother Nature) know I have some cute peep toe boots & shoes I want to wear?

Lynx Ridge
Basically it is too bloody cold for anything else to happen here. Too cold for the electrician to pull his wire, too cold for the framers to finish up little things, too cold period. Good news is the exterior framing is completed and the roof is loaded...but it is too cold for the roofers to do their thing.

Wexford II
I'll be sharing some more details on this job shortly, just getting my finishing sheet done up for our guys and all of the tile, granite, & marble selections are finalized. Look for that next week!

Our House
Our doors was delivered and they guys got it in place, again, waiting for it to warm up so it can be installed correctly. It did take a few guys to install all 1147 pounds of it...that bad boy is not going anywhere. The tapers are still working away on the inside, it is great to finally 'feel' the space and the light that the home has. And how I love the back of our home with the trees & pond!

I hope this finds you well and warmer than we are right now. Send some heat our way if you can, my boys need a break. Mel xo
